Empower Center Care has a proud history of providing compassionate care to those who need it most. Established in 2014, we began with four group homes in the Eastside St. Paul and West St. Paul areas.
After six successful years, we embarked on constructing our current Hazel location, initially offering 24 rooms.Recognizing the growing need for exceptional care, we undertook a significant expansion in 2023, adding 30 additional rooms to our facility. Completed in April 2024, this project reflects our unwavering commitment to serving more residents while maintaining the highest standards of care.
